RNT is leading a three-phased design effort to modernize the existing Gompers Preparatory Academy, which adds classrooms and athletic facilities to the campus. The new athletic facilities totals 29,000 SF, including a gymnasium, locker rooms, weight room, dance room, tennis courts and a practice running track along with a new lunch shelter. Phase three includes the replacement of several aging relocatable buildings.
