Christopher Bradbury

Principal

Chris grew up in California’s Eastern Sierra, where he developed his appreciation for nature and the outdoor environment. Growing up his curiosity on how things worked resulted in many broken household items; which led him to architecture. He pursued his interest in how independent systems go together − to not just function − but to form a beautiful cohesive object. During school Chris worked summers and winters in an alpine focused architecture practice, which gave him a unique perspective on extreme environments, and also how to effectively work within them. Chris graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 2007 with a B.Arch and a minor in sustainability. Soon after college he made his way to Ventura where he focused on infill development and affordable housing. Sustainability and regional architecture continues to be Chris’ primary professional interests. Chris fills his spare time with skiing, mountain biking, surfing, snowboarding, climbing and photography.
