RNT and Mooney ↦ Associates worked with the community, city staff and property owners to develop a new Specific Plan for the Downtown Village STA1 Area. The area, located close to the Trolley, includes the Civic Center block, the historic Main Street Corridor and the Downtown Broadway Shopping District. The design team developed a unique planning workshop with the community, which resulted in the development of three subdistricts that would contribute to creating a sustainable and pedestrian-oriented downtown core.
