Roesling Nakamura Terada Architects and Sundt Construction were selected to lead the design and new construction of Mater Dei High School. This private school located in Chula Vista, will be a Design Build delivery method to accommodate up to 2,200 students. The project will contain classroom buildings, a 26,000 SF theater and fine arts building, administration building, library, cafeteria, chapel, gymnasium and maintenance buildings. This new high school building will be 235,000 square feet.
