Roesling Nakamura Terada Architects and Sundt Construction were selected to lead the design and new construction of Mater Dei Catholic High School and Parrish. This private school located in Chula Vista, will be a Design Build delivery method to accommodate up to 2,200 students. The project will contain classroom buildings, a 26,000 SF theater and fine arts building, administration building, library, cafeteria, chapel, gymnasium and maintenance buildings. This new high school building will be 235,000 square feet.
