This 1,300 sf addition and remodel of the original residence brings the back yard space and family areas together around a central deck space. The kitchen and family room work together as one open space flooded with natural sunlight. The entry of the house was remodeled to create a strong definition of space. This project won an Award of Excellence from the San Diego Home & Garden Magazine in 1992.
