Completed in 1991, this 3,300 SF house conversion is in a quiet residential neighborhood in La Jolla, CA. The clients wanted to add a warehouse-like family room that could be used for many different activities. There is also a master bedroom addition with a new master bathroom. This addition is secluded away from the rest of the house with a study. A sun reflector at the front of the house brings additional daylighting into this study space. Winner of San Diego Home & Garden magazine's Home of the Year Award for 1995.
