Riverpark Legacy, LLC requested services for the design of a new joint-use fire station. The new facility houses both the Ventura County Fire Department and the City of Oxnard Fire Department and includes two, two-story office/residential structures, six apparatus bays for each department, as well as a shared fueling island, carport, and hose drying area. RNT provided design, construction documentation, permitting, and construction administration services.
