Kara was raised in Palm Desert, CA with her younger sister. She decided to move to San Diego to attend college, where she graduated from SDSU. She has since gotten married and her child is a pug.
She loves sports and although San Diego is her home, she grew-up an LA fan and has not been converted.
On several vacations she has driven up the California coast from San Diego up through San Francisco to Sonoma to spend time with family. She loves to travel and learn about other countries and cultures.
