Jonathan was born in West Virginia but spent most of his life growing up in a small rural town in the western suburbs of Chicago. Ever sense he could remember Jonathan as always enjoyed studying the world around him, analyzing situations and proposing solutions. His parents were convinced Jonathan was going to become an engineer, when at the tender age of two and a half he disassembled and destroyed his father's stereo speakers and real-to-real tape deck. It wasn't until grade school that his career path toward architecture began. Jonathan graduated in the spring of 2008 with a bachelors in architecture from Woodbury University San Diego.
