Catherine Young has had a love affair with line for as long as she can remember. She is fascinated by elegance and simplicity of hand-drawn or computer-drafted line, its ability to communicate so much with so little, to unite and organize or divide. Architecture didn't come along until later in college and immediately became the ideal career choice. Catherine's passion is for the environment; whether digging in the garden, snowboarding, camping with her husband or thinking about buildings. Her professional goal is to create a smart and efficient architecture to help establish a healthier place for humankind in the environment.
