As a child, Benjamin White spent a great deal of time designing elaborate cities and structures with Legos, Erector Sets, and anything else he could get his hands on. As a young man, he spent a great deal of time in the wilds of the Colorado Rockies. As an adult, Ben decided to combine his two favorite activities – Building and Nature – and pursue Architecture. He loves the opportunities that Architecture offers for acting as an interface between the natural and man-made environments. He lives in Golden Hill with his wife Lia, and is an adjunct Professor of Environmental Sustainability at the Newschool of Architecture and Design, his alma mater.
