Roesling Nakamura Terada Architects, Inc. (RNT) is currently searching for a reliable, part-time administrative /marketing assistant that will focus on preparing client proposals, company brochures / qualifications packages and have the flexibility to juggle an array of administrative activities in a deadline driven environment. You will work directly with the marketing manager and be involved daily with the partners, architects and staff… a fun, team of artistic professionals.
Our ideal candidate for this position will have:
A great personality with strong communication, written and organization skills. Attention to detail and strong editing/formatting capabilities are a must. MS Office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint are required. Adobe InDesign experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. In addition, it is helpful to be familiar with Adobe Photoshop.

- Minimum of 7 years experience
- Experience in Code Analysis, Construction Documents, Detailing, Building Materials
- Experience in all phases of design
- Strong experience and knowledge in AutoCAD with institutional projects
- Revit preferred
- Strong organizational skills, clear communication, team player, and willing to take initiative
- Experience in LEED/CHPS. LEED accreditation preferred
- Strong design presentation skills
- Architect’s License
Design and production of programming documents of large institutional projects. The duties include production of programming documents, schematic design, study models, design development, and construction documents. Provide services during the construction, support for the client and the contractor, and provide clarification information and quality assurance. Job site in San Diego, CA.
Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of experience or Master’s Degree in Architecture required. Must be proficient in AutoCAD, Metric System, Masonry and Concrete Construction. Send resume by fax to 619/233-0016 or email to jobs@rntarchitects.com
